These terms govern your use of the Imperium website at imperiumicons.uk and the services provided by Imperium Talent Ltd ("Imperium", "we", "us"). By accessing this site or applying to our roster, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Imperium Talent Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office and Companies House number will be added once incorporation is complete. Until then, Imperium operates as a sole trader doing business as "Imperium".
2. The service
Imperium is a boutique talent management agency for adult content creators on OnlyFans and adjacent platforms. Services may include account setup, content strategy, fan engagement (chatting), promotion across Instagram and Reddit, and revenue analytics. The exact scope of services for any creator is defined in a separate management agreement.
This website is informational and operates as the application gateway to the agency. Submission of an application does not create a management relationship — that relationship begins only when a signed management agreement is in force.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply or to be represented by Imperium. Imperium does not work with minors under any circumstance. We may request government-issued identification before contracting.
4. Applications
Applying to Imperium does not guarantee acceptance. Imperium reserves the right to decline any application for any lawful reason, including but not limited to existing agency contracts, brand fit, or operational capacity.
If you are currently signed with another agency, do not apply. Imperium does not knowingly onboard creators bound by existing management agreements.
5. Fees
Imperium does not charge applicants. Once a creator signs a management agreement, fees are taken as a percentage of net revenue, defined in that agreement. Imperium does not take payment from creators upfront, nor does it sell courses, coaching, or merchandise via this site.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — copy, design, photography, the Imperium wordmark and monogram — is the property of Imperium Talent Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
Creators retain ownership of all content they produce. Specific licences granted to Imperium for the purpose of promotion are set out in the management agreement.
7. External links
This site links to third-party services including Calendly, Tally, and Vimeo. Imperium is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use them at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
