Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 April 2026
Imperium Talent Ltd takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who is the data controller
Imperium Talent Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected via imperiumicons.uk and during the application and management process. Contact: hello@imperiumicons.uk.
2. What we collect
When you submit an application or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Instagram or OnlyFans handle
- Self-reported revenue tier
- Whether you are currently signed with another agency
- Stated 90-day revenue goal
- Free-text description of your current situation
If you book a strategy call via Calendly, we additionally collect the date, time, and any meeting notes generated during or after the call.
If you are signed to the roster, we collect additional information necessary for management — government ID for age verification, payment details for revenue distribution, content provided for promotion. This is governed by the management agreement.
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Application data — legitimate interest in evaluating prospective creators, and consent given at the point of submission.
- Management data — performance of contract under the management agreement.
- ID verification — legal obligation to confirm age (18+) before working with adult content creators.
4. How long we keep it
- Unsuccessful applications: deleted within 12 months of the application date, unless you ask us to retain them for future consideration.
- Successful creators: data retained for the duration of the management agreement plus 6 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Strategy call records: deleted within 12 months unless a management relationship begins.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers we use to run Imperium — currently Cloudflare (hosting), Tally (form submissions), Calendly (scheduling), Google (email and calendar), Notion (internal CRM). All are bound by data processing agreements.
- Authorities, when legally required.
None of your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies. Detail is in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to erasure")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the lawful basis
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@imperiumicons.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, two-factor authentication on internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
